Robert is a 56 year old man who was admitted to the ICU in Prince George post cardiac arrest. Robert has kidney failure and a weak heart; as such, Robert has decided to shift his focus of care to palliative care and will be submitting an application to hospice. It is important to Robert that he die a dignified death and spend his remanding days surrounded by his loved ones. Robert’s daughter Elizabeth will be traveling from Ontario to stay with her dad during his final days to say goodbye.
