If you are requesting a flight to visit a dying loved one, or if you are terminally ill and in need of a flight to say your final goodbyes, please fill out the form below.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response for a Give A Mile flight coordinator to be in touch with you. While we cannot guarantee that your flight request will be fulfilled, our dedicated team reviews each flight request with great care, compassion, and detail.

Please note: Give A Mile does not provide flights of compassion for funerals or memorials.
