In an unprecedented challenge of endurance and heart, our founder, Kevin Crowe, is embarking on a mission not only to etch his name in the annals of adventure, but to transform the essence of loss into a legacy of love. This mission involves two major steps. The first step occurs in June 2024, where Kevin will undertake a monumental journey to become the first person to complete two Yukon challenges.
First the Yukon River Quest on a stand-up paddleboard.
The second leg will follow in February 2025, where Kevin will tackle the Yukon Montane Ultramarathon on foot.
Two grueling races totalling 1,400-kilometer. Yukon River Quest is renowned as the world’s longest annual padding race. The other is one of the coldest ultra marathon on earth. Each race will push the limits of human stamina and spirit with summer and winter elements to contend with.
From the unbridled power of the Yukon River where Kevin will perform the same paddling motion over 300,000 times during the race, to the brutal cold and daunting isolation of the Yukon wilderness on foot in the Yukon Montane, a self-supported trek that tests the very fibers of resilience and determination.
Live Deliberately
Why endure such extreme challenges? The answer lies in a mission far greater than the sum of its miles. Kevin dedicates his monumental efforts to raising funds and travel miles to provide 37 flights for individuals facing the heartbreaking reality of a loved one’s final days. The initiative, inspired by the loss of his dear friend Ryan Westerman to brain cancer at the age of 37, seeks to gift families with something priceless: the chance to say a final goodbye.
Your donations can fuel this journey of hope, healing and living with purpose and passion. By supporting Kevin, you’re not just backing a feat of physical endurance; you’re lifting the spirits of those embarking on life’s toughest journey. You can be part of a story, a narrative of compassion, resilience, and the indomitable human spirit.
Together, we can turn the tide of grief into a wave of love, one paddle stroke, and one step at a time. Join us in making history and living deliberately with Kevin Crowe’s mission for the Yukon River Quest and Yukon Montane adventures. Let’s give the gift of presence in life’s final moments, because every goodbye counts.
Join the Mission. Transform Lives. Live Deliberately.

My mission to be the first person to complete the Yukon River Quest on a stand up paddle board in June 2024 and then finish the Yukon Montane on foot self-supported in Feb 2025. Travelling over 1,400 km to raise money & travel miles to give flights for 37 people to fly and be with their dying loved ones for a final goodbye.
The Yukon River Quest is an annual marathon paddling race 715 km race that starts in Whitehorse and ends in Dawson City, Yukon. Paddlers come from around the world to rest their endurance, racing day and night to the Klondike on one of North America's great rivers. It is open to solo and tandem canoes and kayaks, solo stand-up paddle boards (SUPs, and bigger C4 and Voyageur canoes.
The Yukon Montane Ultra is the world's coldest and toughest ultra race. 690 km of snow, ice, temperatures as low as -40°C and relentless wilderness... the MYAU is an incredible undertaking. Based in Yukon, north west Canada, the race route follows the trail of the Yukon Quest Dog Race. Where dog teams once slid and scrambled, now human power chases up the trail. This is a brutal non-stop race across one of Canada's most remote regions.
